Tri Sigma hosted 222 sisters at Academy this January, a virtual leadership symposium. Participants developed valuable leadership skills, received education on retaining and engaging members, and learned how to achieve excellence through goal setting.
All participants established a network of support that will empower them to create meaningful change in their chapter and community. The result of this program is strong women ready to lead, who will significantly contribute to the future success of Tri Sigma and our world.
After attending the program, participants shared:
- 90% can identify collaboration points for recruitment and retention.
- 90% can integrate new members into the chapter.
- 83% can execute an action plan based on strategic goals.
