Tri Sigma Announces New Executive Director

National Headquarters, Woodstock, VA – Sigma Sigma Sigma (Tri Sigma) is excited to welcome Jenna Martin Pendry as executive director effective Feb. 3.

Martin Pendry joins Tri Sigma with a wealth of experience in association management and higher education and is well versed in interfraternal operations and knowledge. She has over 15 years of fraternity/sorority experience, specifically as an employee of Sigma Kappa. Martin Pendry is also a member of Sigma Kappa and began her post-college career as a traveling consultant for her sorority. She advanced within the organization as a collegiate services manager, director of collegiate services, and most recently served as the senior director of membership strategy. In this role, Martin Pendry was responsible for creating strategies to address the recruitment, retention, and engagement of members, beginning with the collegiate experience with progression through all phases of alumnae life. As senior director of membership strategy, she also worked with multiple teams in collegiate services, alumnae services, educational programming, and growth to implement the strategic plan. Additionally, Martin Pendry was responsible for facilitating and directing communication across the teams mentioned previously to ensure execution of and progress towards the achievement of key strategic initiatives. She has been involved with several professional associations and has facilitated a variety of programs for many organizations during her tenure in fraternity/sorority life.

 

Martin Pendry graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Science Education. She achieved a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership at Florida Atlantic University.
